The system's reclaiming capacity is 500 tons per hour or 666 cubic meters per hour, ensuring efficient material handling. With a chain speed of 0.7 meters per second, the system maintains a steady pace of operations while guaranteeing smooth material flow. Notably, its fast pile-changing speed, ranging from 8 to 10 meters per minute, enhances flexibility and responsiveness to varying demands. Equipped with a Siemens-S7 Programmable Logic Controller, precise functionality oversight is assured, enabling seamless control and monitoring of the entire process.

The equipment was dismantled in sections based on the dismantling procedure to minimize the effort required to re-assembly and was preserved per the applicable preservation procedure.
